Prof. Mouquan Shen

Nanjing Tech University, China

Professor, the "Six Talent Peaks" of Jiangsu Province. Postdoctoral at Southeast University, visiting scholar at overseas universities such as the University of Hong Kong, Yeungnam University, South Korea, and the University of Adelaide, Australia. He is the PI of  more than 10 provincial-level projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs, and Jiangsu Provincial Natural Science Foundation. In recent years, more than 100 papers with an H-index of 24 have been published in journals such as IEEE · Transactionson · Automatic Control, IEEE Transactionson · Cybernetics, and IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems. He has been severed as Editor-in-Cheif, Associate Editor, or Editorial Board Member of 12 international journals. He is also an active reviewer of over 80 domestic and international journals, including IEEE · TAC and Automatica, as well as the corresponding reviewer for the National Natural Science Foundation of China and multiple provincial and municipal science and technology projects.

Prof. Xiaomo Jiang

Dalian University of Technology, China

Xiaomo Jiang received his Ph.D. from The Ohio State University and currently is a distinguished professor at Dalian University of Technology, Innovation Leading Talent of State, Liaoning and Dalian, Chief Scientist of Digital Energy Equipment in National 2011 Collaborative Innovation Center for Major Equipment Manufacturing, and Founding Director of Liaoning Key Laboratory of Digital Twin Technology and Research Institute for Carbon Neutrality in DUT. His research interests include digital twin and smart maintenance for turbomachine maintenance. He has coauthored over 100 papers, one book and nine chapters, and been listed as one of the Elsevier highly cited Chinese researchers (11 consecutive years), and top 2% of world's most cited scientists (Stanford University ranking).

Prof. Ker Pin Jern

Sunway University, Malaysia

Dr. Ker, Pin Jern is a Professor in the School of Engineering & Technology, Sunway University, Malaysia. He is a project leader or member of various government and industrial research projects, with a total amount of > RM 20 million. He has published >110 journal papers (WoS-indexed Q1 & Q2) and >60 Scopus / WoS (Q3 & Q4) indexed journal papers. His research interests are the application of artificial intelligence and development of intelligent system for energy-related applications, such as renewable energy and energy storage system. He is a Chartered Engineer (CEng.) and is awarded as the World’s Top 2% most-cited scientists for the years 2022 and 2023.

Prof. Chao Deng

Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications


Chao Deng (Senior Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in control engineering from Northeastern University, in 2018. From May 2018 to May 2021, he was a Research Fellow with the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is a Research Associate with the City University of Hong Kong, China, from May 2024 to July 2024. Currently, he is a Professor at the Institute of Advanced Technology, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. His research interests include cooperative control, cyber-physical systems, and secondary control of microgrids. He has published over 50 SCI-indexed journal papers as the first and corresponding author, including 11 papers in top-tier control journals such asIEEE Transactions on Automatic Control andAutomatica. His work includes 10 ESI Highly Cited Papers and has received more than 6,000 citations on Google Scholar. He is a Senior Member of IEEE and an Editorial Board Member ofJournal of Control and Decision.

Prof. Feng Zhang

State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Co., Ltd.

Feng Zhang, IET Fellow, Senior Engineer (Professor-level), and Level-5 staff member of State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Co., Ltd. He currently serves as a member of the Standardization Management Committee of the China Electric Power Construction Enterprise Association, a member of the National Technical Committee for Grid Operation and Control Standardization (TC446), and a two-term member of the National Technical Committee for Electric Power Demand Management Standardization (TC575). He is engaged in scientific research and development related to power system operation and control analysis, commissioning of new equipment and infrastructure, virtual power plants, and other related fields. He has led and completed multiple scientific and technological projects for entities such as the China Electricity Council and the State Grid Corporation of China. His achievements include receiving 25 scientific and technological awards, including the "Technology and Application of Deep Frequency and Peak Regulation Control for Source-Grid Interaction in UHV Receiving-End Grids." He holds 14 granted patents, such as the "Precise Batch Control System for Loads in UHV DC Blocking Receiving-End Grids." He has published 63 papers in the fields of science and technology management and served as the chief editor of 2 national standards, 6 industry standards, and 8 professional monographs.
